The Smart Arm is a rack-attached system designed to offer both cable and free weight loading options using a 3-pegged Torque Arm. It utilizes advanced strength technology, allowing users to adjust resistance profiles and overload different phases of their exercise movements.

Key Features:

• Settings for Adjustable Resistance:
  1. Middle: Standard resistance.
  2. End (Shortened): Increased resistance at the end of the movement.
  3. Beginning (Lengthened): Increased resistance at the start of the movement.
• Compatibility: The Smart Arm attaches to a rack with 3″ square uprights and 1″ through holes on 2″ centers.
• Inclusions: The kit includes only the smart arm and roller attachment. Other equipment (e.g., rack, weights) is sold separately.
